In May 2006 the Sewer/Water Billing returned to the City of Lake Tapawingo to be administered in-house. This was done to maintain control of the billing and to address billing issues more efficiently.

Russ Mellor, long-time resident of Lake Tapawingo, handles all the sewer/water/trash billing issues.

» Are leaving town and would like Russ to monitor meter movement |
» Would like to set up Automatic Payments (ACH) to avoid writing a check every month |
» Need to set up trash or yard waste pickup. |
